July 7, 2010 - Joanna Olson, MD, writes to thank Kim Pearson for her efforts in support of the social side of her sizeable practice in the treatment of transgender children at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles. 

June 1, 2010 - Kim received a letter from Douglas Bartsch, Area Superintendent, Elementary Schools and Curriculum in Visalia, CA, praising her effort in bringing the school district understand the needs of a gender-variant children in their district, especially her skill in keeping the process out of the media. 

May 22, 2009 - Kim received a letter of thanks from Karen Mason, Co-President of the PFLAG Los Angeles Chapter, for her presentation to that group. 

May 9, 2009 - Kim speaks about "Gender Realities" to a class taught by Kim Pearson, Educator, Public Speaker, and Media Consultant  

May, 29, 2008 - The principal of Chatham Park Elementary School, Havertown, PA, wrote this letter thanking TYFA president Shannon Garcia for her help in implementing the social transition of one of the school's students.  The letter describes some of the important services provided by TYFA and their successful outcome. 

December 12, 2007 - Kim received this note from Tacoma (WA) Public Schools thanking her for her effective presentation.  

November 13, 2007 - The mother of the subject child in Xenia HS (below) wrote a letter describing the positive changes in her son after  TYFA intervened with the school. 

November 9, 2007 - Xenia (OH) High School guidance counselor Susan Newhart expresses her appreciation for the help the school received from Shannon Garcia and Kim Pearson in the case of a transgender student.
